It is not resolved. I had been waiting to hear back. I emailed screenshot using the snipboard on April 24th.

I was able to bring the images back on the website after doing slight relabeling of the products and new categories. Now I am still running into issues where they don’t appear when they need to. For example in shop all – the missing products dont appear at all. The ones that are sync’d with Square are not being displayed in Shop All. Bar Soap, Body Butters and Accessories. How do I get the register to work before they download? Am I missing anything? I cannot get it to link to the MailChimp plugin I just purchased too.

I got the same thing – wherring – are they saying to reinstall it (the plugin) from WordPress. org? Or from siteground?
