[I thought the featured image not appearing in google+ was because there were multiple open graph tags (I had a plugin that was adding them, so is Jetpack, and so is my theme). I have disabled all of them except for the ones in my theme, but no luck yet. But the main issue is resolved, thank you!]
Yay! The sharing is working. Featured images don’t seem to be coming through, but otherwise it looks fine.

When I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack, my stats disappeared – I gather this is because a new id or something has been generated for my blog. Are you able to set it back to the old one please? Thanks!
Thank you Jeremy, that worked! I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack, and then connected a personal google+ page.
For the business page, the prompt asked for offline access (I’d checked that the account that manages the page didn’t already have wordpress authorised, but I still got that instead of the “allow this app to share content with your circles” message). I clicked accept anyway, and it seems to be connected – the sharing settings page in wordpress says that it is.
I’ll keep an eye on it and make sure that it is receiving the posts – there’s one scheduled for tomorrow – and if so I’ll resolve this issue. Many thanks for your help!

Thank you! I’ve disconnected and reconnected Jetpack. I’ll give it a few days to see if the problem goes away or persists. If it does I’ll install the Compatibility Plugin.
