Hi Igor, thank you for your reply and looking into this. We have found a solution 4-5 hours after the post.

The website was always running fine before we accessed the “Products” or “Orders” pages in the admin panel.

We have since resolved the issue after 4 days of searching. Here’s what our webmaster wrote if it ever happens to someone else:

Solution which I finally applied was setting MyISAM database engine for the heaviest tables so that only one query can be run in the table, meaning that all other actions have to wait for the first one to finish. That worked like a charm.

Wow, I was not expecting this.

I did find the “wp-sph.php” folder. I removed it and it did solve the issue.

Now, I read your link and double checked if I didn’t have any extra Admin accounts.
I’m not even sure I would see them.

Either way, I deleted the plugin and will contact my host to see if they can do anything else to help.
