Shure you can use Popup maker on the multisite.
We writed our plugin with WordPress Standards and popup maker popups is WordPress custom posts.

You have multiple choices.
First, we have the Facebook module and you can create facebook like and share buttons.
Second, you can use any social plugin and add that shortcode to the HTML editor.
In the next week, we are going to publish our Social module and you can share with different socials.

unfortunately yet we dont have Iframe module but you can create go your popup change popup editor text mode and add this
<iframe src=”demo_iframe.htm” height=”200″ width=”300″></iframe>

Inside the content just change iframe Url and write your URL.

You can insert multiple popups to the page like this

[ypm_popup id="476" event="onload"][/ypm_popup]
[ypm_popup id="551" event="onload"][/ypm_popup]

It’s will be show 2 popups in the page the first will be open popup with id 476 then when popup will close then will be open popup with id 551.
