I’m sorry to say that I didn’t found a solution on the problem.

I tried several times to fix it but without any luck and it was pretty frustrating. After some time I decided to delete the sell media and free download plugins because of the errors – to many “angry” customers was the primary reason.

Instead I’ve change my theme, plugins and concept for my website – going from selling images online to showing some of my stuff including some free download images.

Regarding the free download plugin – I’ve installed “Delightful Downloads” on my “new” website which is supporting the function I need – still missing a plugin that’s supporting multiple image selection for download.

Hi,

I’m having the same problem – when I’m trying to download a picture it just says “Sorry, but the download url you provided is not valid.”

I tried to download the image from this url:
https://www.falkenbergthomsen.dk/?download=free&product_id=414&payment_id=free&key=false&user_id=%5Bobject%20Object%5D

I can’t find any solutions to this problem and is almost desperate ??
