The iPhone 5 screen resolution is 1136 x 640 pixels. So even vertically, the resolution is pretty high. But the arrows will not appear when the phone is held vertically (portrait).

It would be great if the arrows appeared when the phone was held vertically AND horizontally.

Same question: it would be great if the blue left arrow appeared when you held the phone vertically (iPhone). Right now the blue left arrow/green right arrow only appear when the phone is held horizontally.

Fixed it – I forgot to add this to the custom.css:

.entry.excerpt { color: black; }

I see a custom.css in the Hueman theme. I added this line to it but none of the text is changing color:

.entry { color: black; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.6em; }

I just want to change the text/font color in all posts so that it’s darker – it’s much too difficult to read right now (light gray text on white background).

Hi this works for video! That’s great. But I can’t figure out how to make it work for images. I would like for the image to appear on the blog home page, not a huge thumbnail. I tried duplicating this code and replacing the word ‘video’ with the word ‘image’ but it doesn’t work.

Maybe there is something I don’t have set up correctly in the theme options, but currently I cannot make an image appear on the blog home page/feed. All that appears is a huge thumbnail of a gray camera.

Thank you Veganist – your fix WORKED. I added that text to my .htaccess file in the root directory of my WordPress site and suddenly the Flash uploader and the Browser-based uploader worked.

Note to everyone reading this: the size of your image might be bombing-out the uploader. Make sure it isn’t ginormous. I downscale images to 1280×960 or thereabouts before uploading. Please consider…
