Finally I created a new mobile ad unit and passed the php code to single.php right before the related posts block. This way ads are displayed only on posts.

Ok.But nothing has changed from the server side – this is the first time a get this type of error and permissions are set to 755 for the uploads folder.
I get this error for one specific file that I have uploaded to the uploads folder directly via ftp.
Now I have moved this file to a subfolder and changed the source path of the image source and wait to see.

I’ll come back as soon as I see any change.

It seems that the database issue is now resolved

Yes I was suspecting that the cache plugin causes this glitch.
I;m using the W3TC with auto minification enabled as I’m not an expert to create the perfect manual minify settings mix.
If you can suggest something….

Apparently it is not caused by your plugin as long as it is removed.
However it seems that it’s coming from plugin’s code leftovers (I guess), as the directories that are created are named with country initials and contain untranslated (though) replicas of cached pages.

I hoped that you as a programmer could hint me and show me a direction to look for a solution to this “simple”situation.

unfortunately not. It was supposed to be fixed with the current version.
I think a lot of people out there have their hands crossed to have this resolved with the next update.

I have not installed any other plugins during that time.
But as I noticed when checking the page both with admin logged on (non cached) and off (cached) the video shows up regularly when I see non cached page.
With that in mind I disabled the page cache from W3TC and tried to see the page as a visitor. Everything looks fine. But I have to reenable the page cache.
It seems that the page cache mod conflicts with the plugin. But this didn’t happen with the previous versions. Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

I’m using a full width template of my theme that it regularly loads cufon fonts. More specifically I’m using a tweaked version without sidebar.
I have added a test archive page on both my production and dev site but it happens the same on the live site. On the dev site page renders regularly. That leads me to assume that the issue lies in W3TC plugin minification and plaement of Js, as the dev site has W3TC deactivated.
Could you hint me how to make it compatible with W3TC?
