Yes, it will re-generate the XML Sitemaps every time the cron job runs.

Unfortunately it sounds like your website has too many customizations. You may need to use the option to manually re-generate XML Sitemaps…sorry.

We’ve just released a new version of our plugin – v1.0.42, which includes few bug fixes and option to re-generate XML sitemaps with a cron job.

We weren’t able to implement many optimizations related to ordering and blacklists in this version. It’s a little more complicated than we initially estimated and will require more work.

Please give it a try and let us know if you would spot any issues.

Could you enable the WordPress Debug Mode and then try to activate our Sitemap plugin? It will give you a specific error message.

We need additional details in order to reproduce your issue and have a chance to troubleshoot it.

1. Can you deactivate all the plugins installed on your website, and try to enable our Sitemap plugin as the first one?

2. Could you send a list of plugins installed on your website? Or, screenshot of the Plugins page.

There is a possibility that a different plugin is generating the XML sitemap.

Are you using any of the SEO plugins, like Yoast SEO or RankMath?

Could you send a list of plugins which you have installed on your website?

What is the URL to your website?
