Hi @misulicus
Thank you for replying.
This is the server information:
-- Webserver Configuration PHP Version: 7.4.28 MySQL Version: 5.5.5 Webserver Info: Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
I have tried deactivating all plugins and themes and leaving only EDD activated to try installing and activating WP Mail SMTP and I still get the error.
In the end I opted to use another SMTP plugin.

In reply to: [OneSignal - Web Push Notifications] Error Failed to register a ServiceWorkerHi @onesignal,
I am not using any CDN.
My WordPress is installed on https://feniees-cp524.wordpresstemporal.com/fenie.es/ but in the OneSignal platform configuration it doesn’t allow me to set the directory where the WordPress installation is so you can only set https://feniees-cp524.wordpresstemporal.com.
In the error it is giving me it is trying to load the ServiceWorker from a directory that does not exist “Failed to register a ServiceWorker for scope (‘https://feniees-cp524.wordpresstemporal.com/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/push/onesignal/’)”.
How can I tell it that the ServiceWorker URL is https://feniees-cp524.wordpresstemporal.com/fenie.es/wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/push/onesignal/ instead of the one it is looking for?
Thanks
Hi @mooveagency
I have recorded a video with the process of adding to the cart without having accepted cookies and the cart is saved throughout the navigation. As soon as cookies are accepted or rejected, the cart is emptied when you continue browsing and does not allow you to complete the purchase.

I’ve tried it in incognito mode and even on my mobile in incognito mode and it’s the same.
Thanks
Hi @mooveagency,
The URL of the site where the plugin does not work is https://psaraediciones.es/
The versions of core and plugins I have installed are:
WordPress – 5.7.2
WooCommerce – 5.3.0
GDPR Cookie Compliance (CCPA, PIPEDA ready) – 4.5.4As soon as cookies are accepted or rejected, the shopping cart is emptied when you browse the website.
Thanks
Hi @mooveagency,
I have updated to the latest version of the plugin (4.5.4) and I still have the same problem.
I hope you can come up with a stable solution or if it’s something in the configuration know what to put to make the plugin work properly with WooCommerce.
Regards
Hi @mooveagency,
I have upgraded to the latest versions and still have the same problem. I had to deactivate the plugin so that customers can buy.
If I activate the plugin, when I accept or reject cookies, the cart empties and won’t let me buy.
Can you help me to solve this?
I have tried other Cookie plugins, but I like yours because it complies with GDPR and it is the one I use in all my projects.
Thank you very much for your help.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Show Category Description in Template Private FilesHi,
I’ve tried everything you say and I can’t get the description to come up.
I have copied the php/core-addons/customer-private-files/templates/customer-private-files-content.template.php file into wp-content/customer-area/templates/customer-private-files-content-category_archive.template.php and added the following lines:
<div class="cuar-collection-description"> <?php echo term_description(); ?> </div>
I have also tried with get_terms()
<div class="cuar-collection-description"> <?php $term = get_terms(); echo $term->description; ?> </div>
But neither of the two options prints the category description.
I hope you can help me to display the category description on the private archive category page.
Best regards

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Show Category Description in Template Private FilesHi,
I have copied the file customer-private-files-content.template.php into my theme folder in wp-content/themes/child-theme/customer-area/templates/customer-private-files-content.template.php. It shows me all the changes I have applied to the content structure but where I show the description it doesn’t show anything.
This is the code I have put in:
<div class=”cuar-collection-description”>
<?php echo term_description(); ?>
</div>Do I have to pass the term ID parameter to the term_description function? How do I get the value of the term ID?
Best regards
Hi @mooveagency
It also happens if you decline cookies. I hope this helps you to find out what the problem is.

Hi @mooveagency,
I am sending you a video of the steps to go through the purchase process without accepting cookies and once I accept cookies.
https://www.loom.com/share/23396e40957545dc97e9d23a95efc831
I have tried it in several browsers, in incognito mode, from different IP, with the mobile with 3G, etc. and I always have the same problem.
The last purchase I have is from 28 February and I have been notified by customers that they can’t buy because of this error.
Best regards
Hi @mooveagency
The web site is https://psaraediciones.es/, when you add a book to your cart, for example this one https://psaraediciones.es/libros/psicologia/fap-psicoterapia-analitico-funcional/, when you go to the cart it comes out empty.
Thanks

I have everything updated to the latest versions.

Hi, I have the same problem. On my site I don’t have WMPL or Multisite or anything, it’s just a simple shop with WooCommerce and some payment and SEO plugin.
When a visitor enters the shop and does not accept the Cookies banner, he can add products to the cart and checkout without any problem. However, if cookies are accepted, when adding a product to the cart and visiting the cart, the cart appears empty.
When I deactivate the GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin, the checkout works fine.
Can you please help me understand why this is happening?
Regards
Hello @pratik-jain,
I had already seen these comments but as they are more than a year old and nothing has been implemented yet, it was to know if they plan to implement any option to solve this problem.
Perhaps the best thing would be to use some tables of your own for the log of downloads and payments, this way the main tables wp_posts and wp_postmeta would not be saturated.
Greetings
Hi, I’m the same way. Since I have activated this plugin, I have stopped receiving comments and the login to my website does not work either when I activate it in wp-login.
When I deactivate this plugin, the comments come back to me and the login works too.
Could you provide a solution to this problem?
Greetings
