In reply to: [ClickSold IDX] Absolutly HorribleWe at Clicksold do apologize for any confusion that you and your client experienced with our product.
During the many conversations we had via email and our chat system, we did try our best to communicate the proper course of action for the client to take in this matter, including when he asked that if his board was not supported if he would have to pay, and we indicated that he would. We do not offer free platinum subscriptions to any of our clients. The account was never downgraded to a free (bronze/platinum demo) plan or cancelled so remained in a paid tier. We also discussed the process which we use to determine if we will move into an area to support a new board and had the client fill out the form to let us know there was interest in the area, and that we could not guarantee that service for his area would be added. We do our best at all times to help our clients with their needs, if our advise and policy is ignored we cannot help our clients beyond this point. If you would like to review our conversations on these points please let us know and I can provide the transcripts for you.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [ClickSold IDX] Listing categoriesSadly what you are looking for cannot be done with plain settings in the plugin.
You can create menus with submenus and create a custom search page for most any option
using short codes. (https://www.clicksold.com/wiki/index.php/Short_Codes)I.e.
Current – [cs_featured_listings searchViewType=”1″ listingsView=”0″ sortBy=”3″]??? list view by newest to oldest
past – [cs_featured_listings searchViewType=”1″ listingsView=”0″ sortBy=”2″] list view by oldest to newest
featured? – [cs_featured_listings] featured listings pageUsing the codes in the above link you can create just about any combination of searches you wish.
There is also another feature of the plugin called search by code. Where when signed in you can
alter the parameters of a search and easily save a generated link provided by the plugin.
Which eliminates the need for all the short codes. https://www.clicksold.com/wiki/index.php/Search_By_Code_-_Easy_Custom_SearchesForum: Plugins
In reply to: [ClickSold IDX] How to edit plugin Using CSSPlease note the css file upload is only applicable for modifying the css of the mobile version of the site. The ids that you have here imply that you are trying to update the site when viewing it via a normal browser.
To upload this you can input it into the javascript header script section. It is free form, just be sure to wrap your code in a style tag or it will not work. One word however doing this in this way will only include these styles on ClickSold pages, no clicksold related styles are included for pages where there are no ClickSold components. I mention this as you are changing the body color and this will only work on CS pages.
I have noticed while trying this out that the input.cs-idx-quick-search element gets an inline style, I have reported this as it appears to be a mistake as it does not allow anybody to overwrite it’s color.
Finally for a more prompt response please contact our [email protected] address where we’re available to help you with any issues you may still have.

In reply to: [ClickSold IDX] Compatible with Multisite? Recently sold listings?Yes this plugin is compatible with multi site. It should however not be network activated but rather activated on each individual site of the multi site setup.
Each account plugin install is linked to an account on our systems, an account can have multiple realtors associated with it and their recently sold listings can be displayed.
