    Ionna – Yes, I did contact your support and I was told it was a known issue in which you were having issues with your servers. As recently as an hour ago, I was still getting the same error message (it is sporadic). I have loaded the Info tool already and my server/site meets or exceeds all the requirements you have listed. I have no “red” areas and the communication is working between my server and yours. I monitor it via pktstat command line. Your product has been running since 5/31 non-stop and it is still not done. I have screen shots but will not post here. Happy to send if an email is provided. Otherwise, here are the stats:

    16668 Total images in my Library / 8848 Original Images /15365 Media Optimized with 69 errors / 8.29GB used according to your records on my subscription. The Completion bar is at 93%. Again, it has taken a WEEK to get to 93%. It took it the last three days to go from 90-93%.

    The problem is not on my end. The problem here is your service and the unbelievable slowness. Latency alone to your 172.70.* and 46.30.212.* is ridiculous. Further, you interface has UI bugs and the filtering within the Library is broken/doesn’t work. For example if I want to filter on the dropdown selection of (Unoptimized) or (Errors) it returns every image in the library even though the respective numbers of each filter is 1060 and 69.
