Hi,
To handle CORS problem and other reasons we are stripping out http(s)://, :// or //.
You can handle these problems with the “Replacement text/Replaceable text” feature in Cloudimage WP Plugin’s Advance Settings. And then configuring Aliases in Cloudimage Admin dashboard.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cloudimage] 3 suggestionsHello!
Thank you for the recommendations!
About point 1 – starting from version 3.0 – we are adding many new settings and respectively – creating an additional “Advanced” page. So it is not anymore a one-page config.
Also – yes, we are planning a redesign in the near future, adding more intuitive and interactive elements.
And finally – the link in the footer is changed in version 3, nice idea.Thank you one more time ??

In reply to: [Cloudimage] Cloudimage with other CDNHello,
Thank you for the ticket.
Usually, it is possible to use our solution with other CDN. The most common cause in that direction is to use it with the “JavaScript mode” of our plugin.I am closing this ticket for now. Feel free to open a new one in our system if you face any trouble.

In reply to: [Cloudimage] Broken SVG images + and no images at allHello,
Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate that!
Usually, our solution can not destroy the origin images, as we use a technique “proxy image”. So we cannot change your origin files.
We made the plugin to be as easy as possible to set up (only put one token and choose the best mode for you). But to work great in all cases, you will need to make some changes in Cloudimage admin. That is exactly your case with SVG files. We have an option, where you can control how to handle those type of files.
In order for the changes to take place, there is a little amount of the technical time needed. So after you disable the optimizing of SVG files, you need to wait some minutes or perform a manual flush of CDN cache. That is the way our service works and it is a complicated system in order to achieve the best quality.
Thank you for your understanding and we will be happy to help if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Cloudimage] Cloudimage breaks caching pluginsHello,
We try to reproduce local and have no errors with the two plugins (Autoptimize and WP Super Cache).
Sorry to hear that you are facing some issues, can you please try to uninstall and install the plugin again? We have some changes in version 2.6 and sometimes is good to re-install it.
The second thing to do is to try the two modes – with JavaScript plugin and without. In some cases – first mode is better choise.
If that didn’t solve the issue, let us know with your WordPress version and PHP used.
Thank you.
