    Hello again.

Are these support forums no longer monitored?

Hello as well team – I can confirm that this problem IS 100% a thing happening for others as well.

Please feel free to see this error in action on our staging website (we were considering switching from Profile Grid to UM) here:

    https://staging1.beatdrifters.com

We are using the latest version of UM (version 2.0.49)

We have also removed every single plugin in wordpress by deactivating them, and switched to the 2019 Theme for an additional test as well (however we use DIVI and as anyone familiar knows, switching to another theme leaves the whole website as shortcodes displayed… so when you go there it’s switched back to Divi’s very latest updated version now – we just wanted to test to make sure).

This incorrect / broken behavior is not the result of any outside code and is an internal UM code issue.

To see this error in action: The two large image buttons for ‘I’m a Performer’ and ‘I’m a Promoter’ each direct users to a page where they can select what type of user account they would like to sign up with. However, when UM’s “ACCESS Tab’ settings are enabled to restrict content on the website, no matter how many URLS you’ve defined to be *excluded* within that settings page – none will be allowed or excluded. And instead, UM will direct that user to the UM sign in screen with a URI (in the address bar) showing that it’s going to redirect that user (once logged in) to the URL they should have just been sent to because we have defined that address as one to exclude in the settings.

Any help on this is appreciated – UM certainly *looks* interesting if it’s access restriction features work. Thank you ??
