In reply to: [Extendify] Extendify Pro PlanHi @si45 – thanks for reaching out. Since this is related to the pro version of Extendify, I’m going to close this issue. We’re supposed to keep this forum focused on the free version.
However, I saw that you sent us a message through our help portal as well and we’ve responded to you there.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Extendable] padding mobileHi @basscan – I’m very sorry for the delayed reply. We fixed this, but neglected to let you know.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We reduced the mobile padding. Can you take a look and make sure it’s working well for you?
Thanks!
Hi @essi6 – thanks for sharing the link.
I see that you have a single page site with links in the navigation to sections of the page. The behavior you are seeing is how the core WordPress navigation block works today and is not related to the theme.
To help improve this, you can submit an issue to WordPress core: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues
In the meantime, you can also look into 3rd party or custom navigation/menu plugins that would allow the behavior your are looking for
Let us know if we can help with anything else!
Hi @essi6 – thanks for reporting this. We haven’t been able to reproduce the same behavior.
1) Is there a link to the front end of the site that you can share?
2) Also, can you please share which browser you are using to access the site on mobile?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Extendify] Documentation and Extendify UtilitiesHi @awesiome – thanks for reaching out. We are working on making documentation available.
The Extendify utilities are used to apply certain styling elements to the patterns/layouts in the library, but aren’t currently meant to be used outside of that. However, we hope to make these available for wider use in the future.
In the meantime, is there anything specific that you are looking to do that we can help with? Feel free to reply here or you can reach us at [email protected].
Thanks!
Sorry for neglecting to follow up on this and than you for the nudge, @syntaxerrorno .
We had updated the Extendify settings so that admins are able to hide the button from either their personal view or for everyone on the entire site. Hopefully this provides an easy way to control what displays in the editor.
You can see more info and screenshots here: https://extendify.com/how-to-disable-the-extendify-library/

Thanks!

In reply to: [Extendify] WCAG & HTML ValidationHi @maddogkujo – sorry for the delayed response. We’ve looked into this a bit more and it seems that we need to keep the css inline so that the templates display properly in the library.
But we’d like to continue to investigate other potential solutions. Can you share the errors with us that you’re getting? If it’s easier, feel free to email them to [email protected]
Thanks!
Hi @takayoshikoyama – thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We’ll get that addressed asap and I will follow up when it has been resolved. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any other feedback!
Hi @wizard71 – we’ve been in touch with the developer and I believe they are planning to remove the library. It seems like it was added unintentionally when updating the Redux framework.
I’m part of Extendify (not part of the WP Mail Logging team), but did want to clarify, did these steps not work for you? If not, there may be some other issue going on…
To disable the library you can go to Settings –> Redux in wp-admin and click the ‘Templates’ tab. There, you will see the option to uncheck the box next to “Extendify Templates Library”.
Hi @semrocc – to remove these styles, you’ll want to add an mu-plugin that will prevent them from being added.
Are you comfortable with adding a mu-plugin? It is rquired as we need to disable code that runs before plugin code does.
Basically you add a file to
/wp-content/mu-plugins/
(create the directory if it doesn’t exist) and name it anything, likemetasliderstyles.php
. Then in that file you add this:<?php add_filter('extendify_load_library', '__return_false');
Let us know if you need any further assistance setting this up.

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Installs Extendify without permissionHi @zactix – Chris from Extendify here. I’m not associated with WP Mail Logging, but wanted to add some context.
I believe that adding the Extendify library was unintentional by the developer when they were updating one of our other frameworks that is used in WP Mail Logging. We have taken steps on our end to try to ensure this confusion doesn’t happen in the future with other plugins.
We have been in touch with the developer and have submitted a PR to remove the Extendify library. I believe this will be updated soon.

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Trojan HorseHi @skyshab – Chris from Extendify here. I’m not associated with WP Mail Logging, but wanted to add some context.
I believe that adding the Extendify library was unintentional by the developer when they were updating one of our other frameworks that is used in WP Mail Logging. We have taken steps on our end to try to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future with other plugins and have been in touch with the developer as well. However, I’m not sure when the next update will be.
