Sorry Rogier, my stats still don’t work, so I activated the Troubleshooting mode, re-actived Burst-statistics, but I presume I must wait for a certain time (how long?) to see if it works after I re-activated one plugin or another, so I lept over this step of the tutorial (https://burst-statistics.com/troubleshoot-tracking/).

Then I just got the 3 following messages:
(1) “Server error in do_actions/otherpluginsdate. The answer isn’t a valid JSON answer.”
(2) Server error in goals/get. The answer isn’t a valid JSON answer.”
(3) “Failed to load goal” (But, as I use the free version, I thought I couldn’t set goals).

I must admit I’m lost. Can you guide me once more, please?
