I go to appearance > customize.
The options available from there only include the following:
layout settings, header settings, footer settings, site identity, basic styling, advanced styling, body background, menus, widgets, homepage settings, woocommerce, additional css.Am I in the right place? Sorry, I’m not sure where to find those settings. Thanks!

I have taken off the mobile option for the my account menu and replaced it with a search bar. This has bypassed the whole issue.
