In reply to: New layout – need feedbackWhat’s the purpose of the splash page?
– I tought about that, because I can have the credit info and other info on the splash page on my about page. So something to think about.The loaded pages have a different nav menu than the main nav menu.
– Yes, I really like the navigation text and bg on the main nav menu, but I don’t know about putting the same nav on the loaded pages.
But I’ll probably put more links on the main nav menu, which are only on the loaded pages.The transitioning between each project slide was slow and stuttered.
– I’ve noticed that. Definitely have to find a way fore more smoother transitioning.Thank you Boyevul, for the great feedback! And for the compliments.
I really appreciate that! ??Forum: Your WordPress

In reply to: Opinions on site speed, layout etc.How aboute the site speed?

In reply to: Opinions on site speed, layout etc.There’s a limited amount of time that you can edit your posts here, so only the last post was too much.
For the posts, alot of links are for commercial sites and google searches, so there’s no harm to put nofollow there.
Only the blogroll seems like a problem, because I have 3 categories and there’s only 1 category were I want the nofollow tag. WordPress doesn’t support that unfortunately.
Thanks for the feedback and the clarification about the links. It’s better to keep them consistant.

In reply to: Opinions on site speed, layout etc.Okay, I’ve decided to automaticly add rel=”nofollow” to links in posts.
Only to add rel=”nofollow” to certain links in wordpress could probably be done with a plugin or hack. Need to look into that.Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: Opinions on site speed, layout etc.Is there a way to add rel=”nofollow” to blogroll links?
Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: Opinions on site speed, layout etc.Yes, I was thinking about doing that yesterday after reading about it on another blog, but totally forgot about it. Thank you for pointing that out.
The link links to https://www.coolmentality.com/index.php. Do you mean that I should remove the /index.php from the link?
I’ll remove it because I really don’t know why I had it point to /index.php when it automatically goes there.Thanks and more feedback is welcome. ??

Thanks!the subpages is probably between ul li, instead of just li. Like mine is.
Add.sf-menu ul li:hover {border-bottom:4px solid #a2005a; color:outline:0;}
Don’t know for sure it will work. But seems like it would.
Just play around with it, but first make a backup of your stylesheet.

Trouwens nog, thanks for the heads up over de weergave van m’n website in Safari. Ik heb hem nu gefixt.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Highlighting Current Page with Superfish Menu StylesTry to change
.sf-menu li a:hover {border-bottom:4px solid #a2005a; color:outline:0;}
to
.sf-menu li:hover, .ssf-menu a:hover {border-bottom:4px solid #a2005a; color:outline:0;}
if that doesn’t work try
.sf-menu li:hover {border-bottom:4px solid #a2005a; color:outline:0;}
Let’s see what happens.

Ok, if I understand it correctly, you want your menu links to have a standard hover with
border-bottom:4px solid #a2005a;
And the current highlighted page with a fixedborder-bottom:4px solid #333333;
Then when you hover the current page you want it to change the fixed color #333333 to the standard hover color #a2005a.Well, justed tested it on my menu, and works perfect.
so I don’t know why yours shows both.Do you only use a border-bottom to all your site links?
My hover css looks like this:
.ssf-blue li:hover, .ssf-blue li.wpm-hover, .ssf-blue a:focus, .ssf-blue a:hover, .ssf-blue a:active {
as you can see, I have no
li a:hover
