    hello?

    Hello Lynton,

    I followed your advice and disabled the theme and switched to a wp basic theme. The workflow worked again. It seems to be an incompatibility with the theme. I already sent an email to the theme’s developer to ask him if he could investigate. Do you have any recommendations to what the source of the problem could be? Even when refreshing the page, I still stay stuck on the same step, it does not move forward.

    Thank you for your help

    Best

    Well, I guess it’s great news in the sense that it can be fixed as the flightbox can actually detect and display portrait & landscape images accordingly. Any chance that I can send you a test account info then?

    Hey,

    Accessing those files requires to be a registered user, to be logged-in etc, I could set you up with a test account if necessary but what I mean is that instead of having portrait images displayed vertically by the flightbox, and landscape images displayed horizontally, they all get displayed horizontally.
    Meaning images which width is < to their height gets displayed like if their width was > to their height, and you would have to flip them 90° to the right to actually be able to see them normally but there is no flip arrow in the flightbox.

    Anyway, a flip arrow isn’t what I am looking for, I just would like to know how to get the proper display according to the image original orientation.
    Let me know if the issue is on your list or has a quick fix, or if I should set you up a test account (in that case please let me know how I can send details by email, I’m not a huge fan of site links on forums ;))

    Thank you!

    Thanks a lot for your help, I did not know about the modlook tag, although I hope that I won’t have to use it in the future, I’ll keep that in mind.

    Hi Lynton,

    I did a clean theme install. The plugin is working in Chrome, still not in Firefox 35, I haven’t been able to test safari yet. I will have to try again with the patch.

    And yes, unfortunately, you are missing something, you wrote it inside the code, and it can be seen by anyone, moreover it’s not just url it’s database info, you have to ask a wordpress moderator to remove the information if you cannot do it yourself, this should have never been written as is. It is sensitive information!

    Please keep me posted on the request, this really troubles me.

    Thank you,

    Best,

    Marie.

    Following up my previous message (which request is very important to me so please edit your post when you get a chance), the call to function check_is_category_A_customer() could not work when I deactivated my theme to activate twenty-twelve as the function is contained in my custom functions php file in my theme files, the plugin was calling it without being able to find it, which was pretty normal. Now there are no other errors in the log that the one that keeps appearing about work the flow, I just tested it again by opening the site and then going to the ftp to open debug log :

    [22-Jan-2015 13:16:44 UTC] Array
    (
    [showfiles paths=] => Array
    (
    [basedir] => /zzz/xxx/www/yyy/wp-content/uploads/32
    [baseurl] => https://xxx.com/yyy/wp-content/uploads/32
    [upload_dir] => /zzz/xxx/www/yyy/wp-content/uploads/32/abc_abc_abc_abc/default
    [upload_url] => https://xxx.com/yyy/wp-content/uploads/32abc_abc_abc_abc/default
    )

    )

    [22-Jan-2015 13:16:44 UTC] use_public_dir = 0

    (mainly showing the paths to the folders where user uploads are set to be saved on the servor) This is logged a crazy amount of times (more than 200 times since Dec 18…), so it must mean something.

    Also, this keeps occuring :

    28-Dec-2014 14:46:11 UTC] Array
    (
    [add_action_links] => Array
    (
    [deactivate] => <a href="plugins.php?action=deactivate&plugin=work-the-flow-file-upload%2Fwork-the-flow-file-upload.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=b6aaa13a63" title="D??sactiver cette extension">Deactivate</a>
    [edit] => <a href="plugin-editor.php?file=work-the-flow-file-upload/work-the-flow-file-upload.php" title="Ouvrir ce fichier dans l&rsquo;??diteur d&rsquo;extension" class="edit">Edit</a>
    )

    )

    Which seems to suggest the plugin might be deactivating itself?

    I have raised a request with the theme developer yesterday, I am going to speak with him tomorrow but it would be easier to have your explanation on all those buglogs regarding the plugin first because I am pretty sure that seeing all this in the debug log if I do not have something to say about it he will assume it comes from the plugin, either with an error on the code creating or indicating paths for files or the second point.

    Thank you,

    Best,

    Marie.

    Hi Lynton,

    Thank you for your feedback, please edit your post ASAP so that it no longer shows the adress of the website, I carefully never mention it on forums and would strongly appreciate that you respect that. Will get back to you on the rest after.

    Thank you

    Addition to my last post : I had enabled wp_debug a while ago and while I was about to close the ftp my eyes fell on the debug log. There is quite some stuff showing about wtfu, although at my level I can’t make much sense of it, I am going to send you the log (it’s quite long but you can scroll down, it is ordered by date as you might know :)), hopefully that will help!

    Hi Lynton,

    Thanks for getting back to me on this.
    The theme is a premium theme, unfortunately not free, called Geode : .

    I read the post you sent, the great thing about the theme is that it has a separated (empty, at the beginning) folder and file for users to inject their own php functions without directly modifying the theme’s functions.php file. So I tried removing my custom functions php file via ftp and disabled widget logic that I use to call my custom functions, and then reloaded a workflow for test purposes. Unfortunately, I was still stuck on the same step… so I don’t think it’s coming from there :'(

    I am sending you an email with both my custom functions php file and the main theme functions.php file, in case you spot anything my coding-baby side would have missed and some additional info.

    I am trying not to lose hope that those workflows will work again :)…!

    Thank you,

    Best,

    Marie
