I figured it out. I had to go to the style.php file and edit the css style there.

I went into “Logo/Nav Margin” and set it as a negative value but that didn’t work.

When using Firebug, I clicked on Inspect Element and I saw that I need to change #header {margin-top:50px} to {margin-top:0px}. However, I don’t know how to make the change permanent. When I refresh the page, the margin-top is back to 50px again. How can I use Firebug to make a permanent change on the css styling?

I already did that and it doesn’t change anything on the website. First I added a zero and then a negative value. How can I change the those values on the backend? Which file would I edit?

Can anyone tell me how to access the css styling to fix the logo being too far down on the page? I’m running out of options and I need to fix this as soon as possible.

What if the problem plugin is the WP Shopping Cart plugin (and not the podcasting plugin)? However, I need to keep the plugin, I can’t just delete it, because my site is an ecommerce site…

My website has been in maintenance mode for more than 12 hours now. ??

I haven’t found a solution yet. My site is in maintenance mode… I actually don’t have the Podcasting Plugin in my site. The problem is the WP Shopping Cart plugin. After resetting all my plugins, I activated them one by one and that’s the one that makes the fatal error appear.

Any ideas? I’m also in the forums for wp shopping cart plugin but still haven’t got much help over there. thanks.

hey, I am trying to figure out why my thickbox media window function is not working to display my product images. Thickbox suddenly stopped working for me.

Should I look into the htaccess file also?
I think the thickbox function is part of the wp-ecommerce plugin I’m using.

actually is not lightbox, its thickbox and I think it has to do with the wp-ecommerce plugin…. however, I don’t know how to make it work again. I don’t even know how or if I did something to stop it from working and displaying my product images the way I want.

oh my gosh I got it to work!!! I realized I had not typed in https:// in siteurl in the wp-config file.
