We recommend to use an analogue plugin of cart2cart. It will help you migrate from Drupal Commerce to Woocommerce easily. As to the taxonomy, please contact their support. We’re sure they’ll assist you right away.

Partial migration is not available by default using our service. You can have the posts only transferred by our Tech Team within the Support Service Plan.

No, it will not affect existing data content in the new site anyway. The price for the custom service depends on the amount of your site articles, comments and users.
