reCAPTCHA is a Google service and all visual elements are fetched from Google servers. That being said, latest reCAPTCHA is least interfering. One just has to click a checkbox in front of the text “I’m not a robot”. Is this not what your users are seeing first up?

Do upgrade, please deactivate old version, then install and activate the plugin we sent. After that you can delete the old version. No data will be lost.

Yes, you can configure a role to be automatically assigned to a form. This feature is available in Silver Edition. We are planning to integrate a built in Role editor for RegistrationMagic. It should be available in December.
Regarding the second issue, we’ll look into it right away and try to release a fix asap.

Global Settings –> General
You will have the option to select page which will replace original registration page. Please make sure the page has a registration form.

Thank you for your question. I assume you means searching the submissions you received from a particular form. If yes, we have implemented the search functionality already and a lot of other features.
We are rolling out a big update today and will email you the latest version in next few hours through your account on our site. Once you install it, you will see search and filter in submission area.

While there is no built in feature to create invite only form, a usable workaround would be to create an unlinked page on your site and put the form there, and send invites through email with link to that page.
We have have plans to add “Invites” section in the plugin, but it will not be ready for prime time until January.

Beta version does not have these functions yet.
We plan to release two major version this month. The second release should have these feature, so we are looking at month end release.
We are totally looking for customer feedback! We want to design the plugin based on how customers are using it or want to use it and follow an aggressive development path. And we love detailed feedbacks.

Our currently does not have this functionality. But we do understand that this is one of the methods that our users will be employing our plugin for. Most of this functionality will be part of upcoming releases this fall including an API system to integrate with third party service.
