Thank you for using our plugin. Presently there is no built in functionality to show submissions on front end. We do think it is an important feature and we are working on introducing it in a future version. Meanwhile, if you absolutely need it right now, it can be achieved through customizations.
By search and filter plugin, if you mean searching and filtering submissions, then I have a good news for you! The next version is almost ready and introduces a bevy of new features including searching fields and date filters in submissions area of dashboard. Apart from that Facebook login and MailChimp integration is coming too. We are currently testing it. If you want more details, feel free to write to us on our helpdesk here: support.cmshelplive.com

Yes, it is possible to remove default username/ password fields. In form options select “Contact Form” instead of “Registration Form”.
Reset button text can be replaced by editing code file. Unfortunately there’s no option in the dashboard presently that allows you to do this.

Replace your name and email. Let me know if this fixes your problem.

Thank you for the review. Noted your comments for next version release. Those will be fixed. We have a long list of improvements lined up for upcoming releases.
The focus always was to make it work for users without too much technical knowledge. Maybe a dev version would be a good idea. Will have to think about it ??

As a first step I would suggest checking the spam folder of your client’s email. If it is an exchange server, there maybe other filters set up by the server admin that may prevent delivery of the email.
If it isn’t in the spam, try using a different email ID which client has – like his/ her personal email just to check where the problem lies.

Thanks for trying our our plugin. Please make sure the Unique name is different from existing forms. Although this will also show a warning below the field in red.
If the problem persists, please create a support ticket on our helpdesk. We may need temporary access to your dashboard to fix it.

1. Checkboxes issue was fixed in one of the recent updates.
2. You can change the CSS to make it align to left. Which theme are you using?
3. You can add paragraphs in header text area or above the form shortcode.
4. Default Email can be changed from Global Settings menu.
