This is resolved! I changed to a different Theme.
The Previous Theme, though, should be tested with. It was Themerex Politics 2.6.

After some research, I have discovered that this is a conflict with a Theme.
What can be done to continue using the Theme AND to get the Validation of required inputs on the Quiz / Survey to function properly?

It appears that the reason it was getting blocked was because of the host not supporting XML-RPC services.

I contacted the host…
They do not support XML-RPC on their shared hosting servers…
Probably explains why neither images or embedded videos do not get posted…
Interestingly, text and links are posted just fine…
