I’ve made one negative review regarding your plugin. My single account on this platform has been in good standing for many, many years and I have better things to do with my time other than write numerous negative reviews as you’re implying.

To clarify, I would like for Updraft to backup 2 specific sites under a WHM/cPanel reseller account.

So I will need this add-on for each site?

Is there a fee for this add-on? If so, is it a one-time fee or annual cost?

I suggest that you let it be known to users BEFORE they pay for services since reseller accounts are common. Pass that on to upper management. I am very disappointed in how this was handled.
