I’m sorry but as you pointed out now (not last time), the only shipping method there is, is the table rate. Last time you messaged, which was 9 days ago, you asked for me to disable the table rate plugin, which I did. I waited for 6 days during which we received 0 orders, because as you knew (but I didn’t), there would be no way for anyone to check out with that table rate plugin disabled. So we didn’t only lose clients the whole week from “new” countries not set up yet like Peru, but we lost absolutely every client regardless from where because even existing countries had no shipping method enabled.

When we realized that after 6 days of 0 orders, we had to enable the plugin again, since we had no idea when you would reply to us. So no, I’m sorry we can’t disable the plugin once again since we rely on it for the customers to be able to check out and we have no idea when you will reply to this ticket again, hope you understand.

I have tried to add a flat rate shipping option to Peru, and still, when trying to check out it says no shipping options available.

I have never made shipping depending on the zip code, it’s always the same for the whole country. It works fine for the 40 other shipping zones I already have been using, but when I start adding a new one, it doesn’t actually seem to add it on, please let me know if you can find a problem with my setup, I lost so many customers over this already because I couldn’t add the corresponding shipping method.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you, for some reason I wasn’t notified of your reply and see it just now.

I have tried what you suggested (flat rate shipping) and it also doesn’t work. It shows up as enabled in the saved options, but when selecting it in the cart it says ‘no shipping options were found for xxx’.

Can you think of any other options since this seems to be a problem regardless of whether I select a core shipping option or not? You also mentioned to reach out to WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin, but when I go on their link and click on Support, it says it is handled by WooCommerce, which is here, right? Thank you for any help you might have, we have already lost several customers due to not being able to add on new shipping zones recently.
