This should definitely be an option. I’m having the same display issue using a poll that includes 50 questions and users are allowed to choose 3 options. It makes the poll results look weird.

**Update** – I have tested and it works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but doesn’t work in Safari. What could be the issue?

Ok, I understand that. What I don’t understand is what to input into those fields.

There is no email field specified in my actual form, only one check box and one text field for Full Name.

How do I need to set up this form and plugin in oder to get the results stated above.

Ahhhhhh ok I see now. Maybe you should add this to the plugin as stock. Since the form as stock has the phone field, adding it to the message also would help many others. Just a thought. Thanks for your help and thanks for a great plugin!

I haven’t touched a thing. I’m using the plugin exactly how it came when activated. The stock plugin has everything I needed right out of the box. The phone field IS there and the [your-phone] is also there. Am I missing something?
