Finally – yay! I backed up the wp-config file and deleted the error reporting line in wp-config. Now the site looks great again! That was all I needed. Maybe now I can get on with blogging away.

OK – you gave me hope again that I could possibly fix this. Dumb question; should I completely delete the error reporting line or just change it to a “false” value? I tried uploading the error reporting with the wp-config line as “false” now and still am getting the same issues.

Sorry I posted too quickly – any ideas on what I could do? I’ve tried almost everything and my techie guy has no idea at this point except to start over. (Which I did and still am having same problems.)

Hi Joni – OK – I did what you said which at least got my blog up and running again.

The error messages below have not gone away – they are at the top of my blog. I’ve tried deleting and uploading new downloads of these files several times and don’t know how to fix them.

Thanks Rosie! That’s very helful. Plugins are all deactivated…but I have copes, so I’ll delete them. This is my 3rd attempt trying to upgrade, can’t wait till it works.
