I guess because we living in different countries.

In most western countries, we do not have 7 Days Refund Policy or NO Refund! Because it is illegal. You can refer this to eBay, Paypal or other online Customer Rights. It clearly stated there.

    Hey Pim,

Thanks for the refund! Please note that i did not say anying calling you guys as rude, irresponsive…etc.

What i meant earlier was the “Refund Policy” made you guys appear in this way. Customers felt unprotected by law! So i was only suggesting you guys should re-phrase or work on the copy in a more friendly way. This was why customer could get offended! – not because your plugin, not because of your backend support….

Anyways, once again, thanks for the help, although, didn’t work for my site. I can see growth in your business. Wish you all th best!

    Hi Robelia & Jan,

Thanks for the comments. Sorry for the late reply.

Exactly, I was quite surprised that it didn’t work – as I saw many successful comments from other users. I was thinking perhaps if I paid for a full licence might even better so I dropped off approx $90 for this plugin…

This was really disappointing…the moment I installed this plugin. I couldn’t get the Import nor the Backup Button/feature functioning. Although, the Export button kind of work (must make your file as small as possible to let it work).

Yes! I did contacted ServMask immediately once the plugin failed to perform. I also gave them full permission to access both of my site and database. They suspected was my site’s problem, which required to contact my hosting company. So then I demanded my hosting company to send out their teams to investigate what was going on (at least 5 programmers were looking into this). According to my hosting company, they said there were nothing wrong with the site, everything performing well, probably was just All-in-One-Migration plugin was acting weird. They also claimed the “Red Flag” was switched on for further testing (Perhaps this was what ServMask believed it was the cause of conflict). It has nothing to do it’s performance, they could also easily switch it off. They suggested that I should remove the plugin entirely. Meanwhile, ServMask thinks otherwise…

The reason why I posted on www.ads-software.com forum and gave them a 1 Star review this is right after I read their “Refund Policy”. This really pissed me off! According to ACCC – “It is against the law for businesses to tell you or show signs stating that they do not give refunds under any circumstances, including for gifts and during sales…” – How’s that fair to their customers? I would’ve give them 3-stars only if I didn’t get to see their “Refund Policy”!!

Look, I appreciated that ServMask team tried to investigate the issue and their patience to handle their support work. But I’m very unsatisfied by this “Refund Policy Act”. Perhaps, they didn’t even realised what they have wrote down there was considered as rude, irresponsible and illegitimate!!

My 1-star review was purely based on my experience with the performance of this plugin & the Refund Policy – more like the Refund Policy provoked my anger!

There is no point of arguing who is wrong or right. If you guys check the support forum, it seems like I wasn’t the one having the same problem. I just don’t see anyway of resolving this issue. So I decided to get a full refund. Now, may I get my money back please.
