You should be seeing the title and menu items in tabs at the top of your admin screen. I have tested with version 4.5.3 and it works successfully for me.

Do you have any custom plugins that modify your admin screens?
Have you tried viewing your admin screen on another browser/pc etc?

Under ‘Format’ there are the following options:

Align menu

Align title

Align logo

Align login

Align register

Align search box

Just noticing you have: ‘walker’ => new wp_bootstrap_navwalker() … Unless you’re using this for a specific reason it can be removed, it’s not required for My Bootstrap Menu.

Can you let me know which version of PHP you are running on your server?

echo ‘Current PHP version: ‘ . phpversion();

As Namespaces were available on PHP 5 >= 5.3.0

It appears you’re also using a version of PHP less than 5.4.

I’ve put in a fix for Bootstrap Menu to be released in the next day which should resolve that for you.

Also WordPress recommend installing at least version 5.6:

Can you let me know which browser and version you are using?

Using Chrome and IE I am able to select a menu/location from the drop-down > edit the items > save the menu and still have that menu selected in the drop-down. As you say it is also displayed in the top section.
