    Hello there,

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. Our team strives to provide timely support, and while we do our best to respond quickly, our standard response time is 12 to 24 hours, as we assist customers across different time zones.

Regarding your concern, the Back In-Stock Notifier automatically sends notifications when a product is restocked. If this isn’t happening, it could be related to email settings, WooCommerce background processing, or other factors. We’d be happy to assist in troubleshooting the issue.

If you’re still facing difficulties, please reach out through our support portal, and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good day!

We’re here to assist you with this.

The slowness of your product list table may be due to the Subscribers Count column. We suggest the following steps:

    1. Go to Admin DashboardProducts.
    2. In the top right corner, click Screen Options.
    3. Uncheck the Subscribers Count checkbox.
    4. Click Apply.

After this, check the speed using Query Monitor and see if there’s any improvement.

If the issue persists, try this additional step:

    1. Go to Admin DashboardInstock NotifierSettings.
    2. Navigate to Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental).
    3. Find Show Subscribers Count and uncheck the option.
    4. Check if this resolves the issue.

    Let us know the results.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good day!

We’re here to assist you with this.

Regarding your query—you are updating stock from a third party and have enabled the third-party stock inventory option.

Here are a few things to check for troubleshooting:

    1. Email Detection Based on Sent Status
      • We suspect that the mail server or an email-related plugin might be blocking the email, causing it to fail when sent from our plugin.
      • We recommend deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and Back in Stock Notifier to check if it works properly.
    2. Testing with an SMTP Plugin
      • If the issue persists even after deactivating other plugins, please try using an SMTP plugin and check if emails are sent successfully.
    3. Update to the Latest Version
      • Ensure that you have updated our plugin to the latest version (5.7.9).
    4. Verify Cron Event Registration
      • If you’re already using version 5.7.9, please try reactivating our plugin and check if the cron event “cwginstock_third_party” is registered under WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

    Hi @mikeloucas ,

Thank you for reaching out and for your feedback. We understand your concern and the frustration this situation might cause.

Our plugin schedules events for back-in-stock notifications using WordPress’s built-in WP Cron system, which relies on the site’s WP Cron configuration. While our plugin ensures the event is scheduled properly, the actual execution of the scheduled events depends on your site’s WP Cron setup. If WP Cron is disabled or not configured correctly, the events may not run as expected.

To ensure WP Cron works smoothly, please check:

Is WP Cron enabled? Confirm that the constant DISABLE_WP_CRON is not set to true in your wp-config.php file.
Hosting environment: Some hosting providers disable WP Cron by default or suggest replacing it with a server-based cron job for better reliability.
Third-party interference: Check if any third-party plugins or server-level caching might be preventing WP Cron from firing.

We’d recommend consulting with your hosting provider to set up a real server-side cron job for more consistent and reliable execution.

If you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to us by open a new support thread, and we’d be happy to assist further!

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!

Thank you for reaching out and revisiting our plugin. We’re glad to see your renewed interest, and we truly appreciate you sharing your feedback after all this time.

Currently, our plugin does not natively support placing the inline form above the “Add to Cart” button or in custom positions other than the available options. However, we understand the importance of flexibility, and your suggestion is valuable to us.

To help us better understand your specific setup and working behavior, could you please share a screenshot of how the form currently appears on your site? This will give us more context and allow us to explore potential workarounds or improvements for future releases.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that the plugin is working perfectly for your site and that you’ve already received your first submission. ??

Regarding the red counter in your backend, we have an option to hide it if you prefer a cleaner view. Here’s how you can enable it:

    1. Go to your Admin Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Instock Notifier > Settings.
    3. Click on the Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental) tab.
    4. Look for the option Hide Subscriber Count (Admin Side).
    5. Enable the checkbox and click Save.

This will hide the counter on the admin side. Let us know if you need further assistance or have more questions!

    Hello there,

    Good Day!

Thank you for sharing the error log information with us.

After thoroughly reviewing the details, it appears that the conflict you are experiencing is not caused by our plugin but by the plugin Waitlist Woocommerce (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/waitlist-woocommerce/). The error log you provided points specifically to that plugin’s code

We recommend reaching out to the support team of Waitlist Woocommerce for further assistance, as they will be in a better position to address the issue.

If you need further clarification or assistance with our plugin, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for understanding, and we appreciate your attention to this matter.

    Hello there,

    Good Day!

    Greetings from the Core Team.

We checked your video where the frontend appears to be different from typical WooCommerce behavior. Is that a different product type, or is it designed within the theme itself to display the products in a table format?

We are happy to provide a fix or compatibility solution, but we need the steps to reproduce the issue to create a fix on our end.

If the GeneratePress theme is a paid one, please contact our dedicated support team through our plugin description page. If it is free, please share the link to download the theme and provide the steps to reproduce the problem.

    Let us know.

    Thanks.
