We checked your video where the frontend appears to be different from typical WooCommerce behavior. Is that a different product type, or is it designed within the theme itself to display the products in a table format?
We are happy to provide a fix or compatibility solution, but we need the steps to reproduce the issue to create a fix on our end.
If the GeneratePress theme is a paid one, please contact our dedicated support team through our plugin description page. If it is free, please share the link to download the theme and provide the steps to reproduce the problem.

Based on the information provided, we have not implemented support for hCaptcha. Our current support is limited to reCaptcha, and we are planning to integrate Turnstile on our end. If needed, hCaptcha could potentially be added by your team or one of your developers. We are certain, based on the provided screenshot, that hCaptcha is not yet supported from our side.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific template that can be overridden by a custom template for our emails. We only use the WooCommerce header and footer template. If you want to change the color appearance of the email, it can be easily customized in the WooCommerce Email Settings Page. You can find this in the Admin Dashboard under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can customize the base color, background color, and logo. Please note that any changes you make here will be reflected in all emails associated with WooCommerce.

We’re not sure which appearance you want to change – email or subscribe form?.
- If it is Email:
We use the WooCommerce Email Template, so the color appearance can be easily customized in the WooCommerce Email Settings Page. You can find this in the Admin Dashboard under WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can customize the base color, background color, and logo. Please note that any changes you make here will reflect in all emails associated with WooCommerce.
- If it is the Subscribe Form:
To customize the appearance of the subscribe form, you can easily do so through CSS (if you know how to add CSS). If not, you can try our custom CSS add-on, which is available on our website/plugin description page (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce/).

Could you please troubleshoot in your side with the following steps
- Please deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and our ‘Back In Stock Notifier’ plugin to check if our form appears normally on the frontend. If it does, then identify the conflicting plugin(s) by reactivating them one at a time.
- Sometimes, the issue may stem from the theme or child theme. In such cases, we suggest switching to another default WordPress theme to ensure that our form appears normally in all variations.

We already have an option to support third-party inventory management in our plugin. Go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental) -> Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin.
That option will check the stock status/quantity in the background every five minutes and send back in-stock emails as applicable.

We don’t have separate email template as we used the woocommerce core header and footer template using their inbuilt function.
In future we will try to bring our own email template as per the feasibility.
