In reply to: [Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce] Button does not show for variantsHello there,
Thanks for the URL.
We tried accessing it, but the site cannot be reached. Please ensure that the out-of-stock variations of the variable product are selectable. If they are not, we suggest changing the setting to make them selectable.
We’d like to inform you that our plugin’s subscription form is displayed only when the variations of out-of-stock products are selectable.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce] Sign up errors on single productHello there,
We would like to inform you that the issue may be related to cache problems or another plugin using the same v3 reCAPTCHA. To troubleshoot, please purge the site cache and temporarily deactivate all other plugins except for ‘WooCommerce’ and our ‘Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce.’ This will help identify the root cause.
Regarding the loading of the reCAPTCHA library, we will make note of it and work on improving script loading on specific pages in a future update
Thanks.

Hello there,
Good Day!!
We guess you want to turn off the notification badge count in the WordPress admin sidebar next to the “Instock Notifier” title.
To do this, navigate to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Troubleshoot Settings. Find the option labeled “Hide Subscriber Count(Admin Side)”, enable the checkbox, and then save the changes. Enabling this option will hide the subscriber count that appears in the admin menu.
If the aforementioned solution does not meet your requirements, please provide us with more information so we can assist you better.
Thanks.

Hello there,
Good Day!!
Thanks for the information.
To troubleshoot the issue:
- Plugin Conflict Check: Please temporarily deactivate all other plugins, especially “WooCommerce Advanced Bulk Edit,” except for “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce.” This will help us identify if there are any plugin conflicts causing the issue.
- Inventory Status Verification: Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Products > Your Specified Product > Specified Variation and check the inventory status. Ensure the variation is marked as “In Stock.”
These steps will help us isolate the problem and determine the root cause.
Let us know.
Thanks.
Hello there,
Good Day!!
We’re here to assist you.
Yes, you can use custom HTML templates for WooCommerce emails.
We use the WooCommerce Email Template Core Function to send emails. To adjust the general appearance (colors, background, logo), you can modify the settings here:
Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails (scroll to the bottom). Please note that these changes will reflect in all emails sent from WooCommerce.
If your custom HTML code appears broken, it might be due to conflicting styles or structure. Please ensure your HTML and CSS are correctly formatted and compatible with email clients.
Thanks.

We tested the reported issue regarding the Subscribers list visibility for users with the Shop Manager role but were unable to reproduce it on our end.
With our plugin, the Shop Manager role should be able to see all admin pages, including the Subscribers list, settings, and add-ons. However, they cannot apply any settings. Attempting to do so will prompt the message: “You need a higher level of permission.” Currently, only admins have the default permission to apply settings due to security concerns. We have noted your request and will consider it for a future update based on feasibility.
However, your issue might be influenced by other plugins or custom settings on your WordPress site. To further investigate:
- Ensure all plugins are up to date and compatible.
- Temporarily deactivate other plugins to check for conflicts.
- Review any recent changes made to your site, such as updates to plugins, themes, or WordPress itself, as these could impact user roles and permissions.
Thanks.

If the issue persists, could you please share the URL/link of your out-of-stock product with us? This will help us to observe the issue in action.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce] Sending failedHello there,
Good Day!!
We’re here to assist you.
Could you please temporarily deactivate all other plugins except “WooCommerce” and our “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” to see if the problem persists? Sometimes, issues are caused by conflicts between different plugins, which may bypass the return value of wp_mail. This process will help identify the root cause of the problem.

Thanks.
Hello there,
Good Day!!

We registered a webhook in WooCommerce with two different topics: “Subscriber created” and “Subscriber upon Status Change.”
You can configure this in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Webhook >> Create a Webhook with the above specified topic (it is in the dropdown)
Topic: “Subscriber Created”
This webhook triggers when any visitor subscribes to the product.
Topic: “Subscriber upon Status Change”
This webhook triggers when subscriber status changes (triggers when status is subscribed or any new status).Thanks.
