We have checked your Codisto account and it shows that it is still associated to your old domain which is why you are having this issue accessing the plugin. We have now updated the sync host URL on your account using your new domain. Please try to relaunch the plugin and you should now be able to access your Codisto account with no issues.

We will be more than willing to address this concern you have as we don’t take over any Google account nor ask for Google login credentials from our merchants. Kindly contact us at [email protected] and provide us the domain and email address associated with your Codisto account so we can further investigate this issue you have raised.
Again, it’s important to point out the facts:
Insertion fees are charged by eBay for new listing creation only NOT linking listings as this is classed as a revision. When linking you can choose to retain everything in the listing apart from the inventory level. If that process is done correctly there are no new listings created and hence no insertion fees. Insertion fees would only be charged by eBay if a seller doesn’t have a Store subscription. Professional sellers typically have the correct eBay store subscription for their selling profile.
In terms of shipping, it is eBay who dictate shipping regions not Codisto. Codisto presents North America because that’s what eBay provides.
In terms of our logo, it is possible to remove this by contacting customer support.
Thanks for your detailed review. It’s true that Codisto isn’t the cheapest solution available but we believe that great software requires investment and we stand by our pricing for those looking for a fully featured, robust solution.
Your other comments need some correction/clarification:
We default to free shipping and 1 day handling because these are eBay best practice defaults that help search ranking. However, these are easily overridden in bulk and as via future default settings.
Product listing names are truncated by eBay not Codisto (80 character limit).
I’m not sure how your web browser if being overloaded – whilst our interface offers a very powerful and unique way of managing marketplaces in bulk, we never hear of browsers becoming overloaded so aren’t sure what to respond with here. Happy to chat via support if you would like to.

We can’t be certain just from your description but based on what you say it sounds to us as though it is a hosting level problem – most likely lack of sufficient resources.

You are seeing that error because your web server has not been set up correctly to have an up-to-date root SSL certificates store, so it is not recognizing the certificate authority of the Codisto SSL certificate. Servers store root certificates and they should be kept up to date, so the server knows which certificates to trust based on who issued them.
The Codisto SSL certificate was nearing expiry and has been updated with an Amazon issued certificate but because your root SSL certificates store isn’t up to date you are seeing the error.
There are 2 options for fixing the problem:
1. Deleting the codisto.crt file which is in [‘basedir’].’/codisto.crt’
(If you are operating multi-site it is here: [‘basedir’].’/sites/’.get_current_blog_id().’/codisto.crt’ );OR
2. Update the root certificate store on your server.
Please pass on to your web developers if you aren’t familiar with these instructions.

James, your comments on this review are totally FALSE. The bill for $300 was correctly calculated based on the volume of orders our solution processed for you. We did NOT bill you twice. We NEVER said we are entitled to a percentage of all your sales. We are not.
We only charge for Marketplace orders we transfer not web orders (or marketplace orders we don’t transfer from non managed products). We have had multiple communications with you via support and explained that the charges were 100% correct due how successful.We can only conclude therefore that you are using a misleading negative review as a ruse to try and not pay. This is extremely disappointing given all the support we provided to you.
If we engaged in the practice that you are claiming we wouldn’t have a business. Instead, we are the leading solution for Amazon/eBay integration software globally. We kindly request that you remove this review as you are simply making the ecommerce environment worse for ALL users (not just our company) by posting misleading information.

Your free trial is still available – we’ve responded to you directly via support to explain.
Remember, there is only 1 plan that has a transaction fee (this ‘Flexi’ plan allows unlimited listings/orders in exchange for a low monthly fee + a transaction fee). All the other plans are fixed fee per month.
