Hi lolkanax
Most users are happy to use a credit card but the suggestion of adding Paypal as an additional payment method is a good one – thanks. What other payment methods would you like to see?
We request your rating is amended to better reflect your experience with the extension since leaving a 1 star review due to a lack of payment methods is misleading for other users as it suggests the core functionality doesn’t work when it works extremely well.
Any 500 Internal Server Error should be logged on your WordPress server. If you can share the details of the exception that is causing the error with us at support@codisto.com, we will be happy to help. The error in the log will show what the exception is and which line of code it happened on.

Hi @priyeranjan
If you reach out to support@codisto.com – which is 24/7 we can definitely work through this issue and get you going.
The nature of open source software is we can never be sure of what code is running on your site, these kinds of errors if you work with us, give us a chance to handle another configuration/set of plugins. We continue to work on this compatibility continuously.
Hi,
Apologies for the delay. Our frontline support is actually via support@codisto.com, which is available 24/7 and usually responds within the hour.
The issue you are seeing is a result of a content encoding issue. Please see the following help articles for information:

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
1. Codisto LINQ does publish your products to Amazon. It does so without the need to handle feed files. The following videos show how this works:
Codisto Tutorial Series 3.4: Listing on Amazon #1 – Creating Offers
Codisto Tutorial Series 3.5: Listing on Amazon #2 – Create New Listings
2. As long as the product exists in WooCommerce, regardless of whether or not it is visible on your website, it can be published to Amazon.
Via this forum, we are only able to give you generic advice as we are unsure which site is yours, so we can’t give an answer taking your specific circumstances such as order settings into account. We recommend raising a support request either via the orange Support button in the app or by emailing support@codisto.com
Whether or not marketplace orders (eBay and/or Amazon) end up in WooCommerce depends on the Send Orders setting at the bottom of the Marketplace Orders tabs. You can see whether or not an order has been sent to WooCommerce in the Send Status column.
Within the Marketplace Orders section, there are separate tabs for eBay and Amazon. It is not possible to show both eBay and Amazon orders on the same screen. If they are all sent to WooCommerce though, they will be on the WooCommerce orders screen together with your web orders. If you are not seeing all the orders in Marketplace Orders you may have a filter active. Check the filter icons in the column headers to see if there is an active filter.
Hi
Codisto will push orders into WooCommerce but not Alidropship directly.
If Alidropship can “pick up” orders from WooCommerce as Codisto pushes them, then it may work ok but you’ll need to check with Alidropship how their extension works. Bottom line is Codisto starts and stops with WooCommmerce, how any other extensions work with WooCommerce, we aren’t able to comment on.
Apologies that you experienced any issues whatsoever – that is never our intention. There are two issues here – 1) Technical and 2) Communication which are explained below.
However, we are certainly not fraudulent and as the situation now stands your review is inaccuate and misleading for other merchants.
1) Technical
The issue you encountered related to the solution missing variation data. It was missed because WooCommerce has recently began to report variation data as simple product data (this is their error). Since you reported this issue we have released a plugin update to correct their error and detect both simple and variation data at the variation level. If you install the latest plugin the integration will work as before (and expected). We have reached out via support but you have not responded.
We reiterate that this is a recent occurence that caused a temporary issue for some merchants. We have released a workaround even though the issue was not caused by us. We have many thousand merchants using our solution and point to the extremely low number of negative reviews as evidence as to the acceptance of quality of the solution (merchants rarely leave positive reviews!). Leaving a review that headlines “poor integration” suggest none of it works ever which is misleading to other merchants.
2) Communication
Whilst we don’t typically refund once trials have expired, in this case a refund request was never refused (we did in fact grant the refund since there was no product utilisation in the few days after the trial had ended. The refund just happened after the payment date occurred whilst we were trying to investigate and resolve the solution). If that wasn’t communicated clearly enough then we apologise. But you are not responding via support so it’s difficult to know what has and has not been acknowledged. The refund was actually made several days ago. You have not lost $59 and to tag the review as ‘fraud’ is misleading.
Asking for credentials into your environment is a standard part of business due to the open source nature of WooCommerce – we can’t know what plugins may be affecting your environment without looking at your specific environment. It is entirely your decision to grant access or not but it helps with diagnosis. It is not possible to simply ‘log’ everything because we don’t have sufficient access where plugins are involved.
Ultimately, it is our job to make all merchants have a positive experience and in this case we failed in that and can only apologise. That said, we have resolved all your issues and refunded your payment and therefore request that you either remove or update your review to not have it be misleading to other merchants.
Before jumping down our throat swearing and carrying on like a lunatic, perhaps you could check our source repositories:
https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/codistoconnect/trunk/connect.php
https://github.com/CodistoConnect/CodistoConnect-WooCommerceWe don’t do what you are claiming.
You have obviously been hacked by something else, which has dropped code into our extension files.
Please clean yourself up! Both technically and professionally.
Moderators – this is unacceptable!
Hi Sagaranvekar
Stopping syncing eBay images can be easily done by adding the Catalog image sync column to the grid. Please see this article:
Turn off eBay image sync in Codisto
With regards to payment types, these can be managed from “Settings>Payment Methods”. Please don’t change payment methods on eBay directly as it will be overwritten from Settings.
Apologies, but we can’t find your ticket from just “@sagaranvekar” but if you can supply your url or merchant ID or email address we can check to see what happened to the ticket and response. We always respond so I’m keen to find out what happened.
Please reach out with any other questions.
In answer to your questions:
1) Codisto supports Amazon orders being fulfilled by FBA (by not decrementing Woo inventory and marking orders sent to Woo as already fulfilled). However, it is not possible to use Codisto to fulfill website orders using FBA.
2) No – products must already exist in WooCommerce but you can link them to existing Amazon listings once they exist in WooCommerce. Codisto uses WooCommerce as the source of truth for your catalog.
3) Yes, Codisto supports Amazon.ae (and all Amazon marketplace globally).
Hi Micha
To explain:
The plugin (what you download and install) is FREE. The service behind the plugin that provides the synchronization to Amazon/eBay is a paid subscription (with a 30 day free trial that provides full, unlimited access for 30 days).
WordPress/WooCommerce REQUIRE that the PLUGIN is priced (as opposed to the service). Whilst we agree this can be misleading, it is beyond our control. We have done our best to communicate this – if you look at the plugin page here https://woocommerce.com/products/amazon-ebay-integration/ we state twice above the fold of the page that the plugin is free/service is paid:
To provide integration services that perform sufficiently for professional sellers (no oversell, real time orders and product updates) it takes a lot of expensive AWS server resources. Providing a real-time synchronization service to Amazon/eBay can never be free and users should be wary about any product/service that claims to offer such.
Codisto pricing starts at $29/month (plus a small transaction fee) or $59/month fixed. We believe this is tremendous value for the automation provided (listing + price/product/inventory/order sync allowing automation of any number of Amazon/eBay channels and WooCommerce). It unlocks one of the fastest ways to increase sales for online sellers.
To negatively ‘review’ a plugin/service simply because there is confusion about pricing is completely misleading in our view and harms many other sellers that can benefit from something that is sorely needed for WordPress/WooCommerce. We request you think of the community you are harming and remove the review until you have actually experienced the product.

Yes, it is possible to set your listing rules to make the listings qualify for Amazon Prime. The products will automatically become unavailable when they are out of stock.
Apologies for the delay. Please direct any further questions to support@codisto.com for a prompt response from our 24/7 Customer Service team.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inventory Not Reducing Codisto LINQUnfortunately, as the issue is a wordpress environment issue, not a Codisto issue, we cannot provide wordpress troubleshooting.
My advice is to work through converting all your tables to innodb, there is good tutorials on how to do that online. If that solves the problem all good.
If the problem persists, contact our support channel with the list of extensions you are using so we can point out where the trouble may lie.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inventory Not Reducing Codisto LINQWhat I can tell you is that we try our very best to honour all hooks / filters / actions that the standard checkout flow does, so that third party extensions that deal with fulfilment / tax / post sales all fire and order processing isn’t any different for marketplace orders relative to standard web checkout orders.
It is reasonably easy to look at what hooks / filters we fire by looking at what we do here: https://github.com/CodistoConnect/CodistoConnect-WooCommerce/blob/development/connect.php#L1207
Any other plugin hooking those events is going to do ‘what it usually does’ and in general this is what you want.
Finally, the usage of myISAM could be problematic, we explicitly lock tables to be serialized such that there is no ‘lost updates’ which innodb does correctly, myISAM on the other hand says .. ok.. locked! then doesn’t assure that things are isolated (like imagine we send a new order and an order update which ends up being processed at the same time, luck will determine the final state).
(locking is here https://github.com/CodistoConnect/CodistoConnect-WooCommerce/blob/development/connect.php#L1219 – note https://stackoverflow.com/a/16453987 – myisam does not honour locks via transactions)
