yes I am using latest version 2.3.9 and I am already chatting with the flycart, but I advise that you provide answers here to help many people gain answers to this issue versus having to fix the issue with each individual one on one basis. I am not sure if running so many buy x get y rules is causing this issues. I have it programmed so if customers add over 50$ in items , they get free item A, if they spend over 100 items, the second rule runs they get free item B ( where they get item A and now also item B ) and I have several rules to run ADDING more free items .. so I’m not sure if the entire logic is having to run over and over each time they add an item causing slowness / delays but I was getting Critical Error when too many things were added to shopping cart. I have hosting experts workign to help but it seems that it’s your plugin that’s causing this problem
I am having the same issue but the items that automatically get added are in stock and are not deleted; I run several buy X get Y rules to encourage customers to spend more money to get more freebie items added to their shopping cart. However when customers add more than 7 items the website says ” Critical Errror ” when they click on checkout to pay for the order.
