Is that it? Without cPanel I am stuck with this clone forever? There is no way to get the tool to work then…?

I cannot access the cPanel for this site as it is a client’s site I am making updates to.

I only needed to clone it for small changes while the main site was live—now I can’t delete the clone at all.

I’ve lowered all the suggested settings to no avail—I’ve also searched this entire forum for an answer.

I really need to delete this clone as soon as possible.

Same issue for me. The upload bar reaches 100% but the preview never renders and I can’t insert the uploaded image. Tried various formats.
