The client’s bank uses RedSys, which is a widely used payment system in Spain and is used by majority of banks such as Banco Santander, Sabadell, Caxia, Cajamar, etc.

There is a WooCommerce plugin already for it https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-redsys-gateway-light/ (there is a pro-version too).

If we install this on WooCommerce, can your plug-in use this payment system?

I have created an event and the calendar does show up.

One question. Can I make this, or any other event recurring events? For example this client has this and similar events in other areas every week, with some exceptions such as August, Christmas, and Easter.

It would be useful if there was a way of making this (or any other event), recurring.

Setting for Display is set to “Default Style”

Options are:
Default Events Template
Elementor Canvas
Elementor Full Width
Redux Canvas
Redux Contained
Redux Full Width
Theme

I have tried all settings and none makes any difference to the display!!

We like the way it is set up, but we also want to be able to display the calendar on certain pages, so that people can see what events are going on on any give day.

Is there is a shortcode we can use to display the calendar?

Okay guys. This is fixed. It was caching issue which is now resolved.

An update on the above.

We have fixed the email issue, but the Subject field is still showing [your-subject]

The sequencing also does not appear in the email sent even though the field “Ticket Number [_serial_number]” is included in the Mail tab.

Wish you good luck but after the comments from @thomascheah which turned out to be spot on, we decided to use another plugin instead.

As kind as @thomascheah offer is very kind, I think you will take a huge risk trying to fly solo on this. We have been working on WordPress since 2006, we have even written out own bespoke plug-ins, but we would not use a plug-in that relies on other users to support us.

If you are using a plug-in of this type, it means you or your client is relying on revenue that this plug-in is supposed to generate. That is one hell of a risk to take, no matter how cheap the product.

We are using RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin via Themeforest, which does everything this plug-in claims + even more. Price is very reasonable at $34, and their support is spot on.

Thanks for coming back to me. Looks like we need to do it the hard way and create a form for each language. The links to Privacy policy are different according to language, so whilst all the other fields work fine, the link remains in English (which is only logical).

Thanks for the heads up. Very concerning about the speed of responses from the author, which makes me wonder if we should even use their plug-in.

I am trying out a different plug-in to see if that works better for us.
