In reply to: Not all tags showing up in sidebarOkay, I might try a template tag. Currently I am using the built in widget for the sidebar that displays the tag cloud.
Thanks for the tip.

In reply to: The usual culprit – IEThanks for the tip, I was going to leave this to a last resort. I guess there is now way around adding separate CSS tags in a separate stylesheet for IE.

In reply to: The usual culprit – IEThanks so much, this solved 90% of the problems.
Now one remaining issue is that at the top of #mainwrap I get an 8px gap between the top-border image and the header.
And on post pages I get a background image display above the credits.
I have been looked at the code every day, but I just can’t explain these two issues.

In reply to: The usual culprit – IEThat would cause me to lose the drop shadow effect. #mainwrap has the background image.

You don’t have to make it large or dominant.

In reply to: cognitivecombine – ccv4 – your opinions pleaseThanks for the feedback, I kind of like the header name colour, but I agree that the borders around the posts could be a little darker.
I changed the font colour for tags to a dark green, which I think fits much better than what I had earlier which was a mustard yellow.
Anyone else?

In reply to: Admin not receiving emails when authors publish new postsHave you checked to make sure the feature is turned on? Is the email address correct? Try turning it off and then on again?
p.s. I don’t know how Yahoo hosting works, but if you have the choice get the latest which at the moment is 2.3.3

In reply to: workoutbuddy.eu – preview and critique pleaseFirst of all, the link in your post is wrong, it should be http and not htttp.
I like the minimalist design. I think it would help if you had a header image or logo name that sends the viewer back home. Also, perhaps you could align it all in the middle of the page i.e. have the box in the middle and have the sidebar be the same hight as the box, but that’s just my opinion.
I like minimalistic themes.
p.s. You are missing a comma, it should be “Find Workout Buddies, Training Partners and Sports”

In reply to: SPAM Inserts into Blog PostsPerhaps I would not have said it as directly as whooami ?? but I definitely agree. The longer you wait before upgrading the more exploits will come out that will threaten the integrity of your site. It’s in your own interested to say up to date.

In reply to: Need feedback on siteThe white text on bright green background (Translators, Categories etc..) is hard to read. Also you try moving the text to the right a little, it’s touching the edge and doesn’t look that good.
The layout seems fine, but this bright radioactive green doesn’t seem a good choice.
