Hello, I just realized that when I enter      2dq103001fj00076  (which is the bottom half of the name of one of my product)   in the ivory search bar plugin on my site and press enter, the search result would ended up having nothing but showing only this “”.

But if I enter       大清銀幣宣統三年壹圓銀幣(出雲版) 2dq103001fj00076      , (which is the full name of one of my product) and press enter, the search result will show the correct product.

I found out that this issue did not occur when I disabled one of my plugin, however when I reactivated the plugin, the issue occurred again.

May?I?ask?is?this problem caused by the two plugins not be compatible or?

If I need both of my plugins, is there a way to overcome this issue?

Hello, I just realized that when I enter more than 16 characters in the search, the search result would ended up having nothing but showing only this “”.

For example, when I enter this 2mg900031dh01341 , which is 16 characters long, the search result will not show the searched term

But if I enter 2mg900031dh0134 , which is 15 characters long, the search result will show the searched term

Is there a way to fix this problem?
