Yes you can modify the plugin to set it to Completed instead of Processing in the PHP file.

Yes it still works, when something is stable it doesn’t need a lot of updates ??

It has always set to processing (which as I understand is normal, then when you ship/deliver the product you set it to complete.)

You can of course modify the plugin to set to any status you like. (see line 467 of the plugin PHP file)

You probably already saw the sticky post at the top of the forum now but remember for any kind of support for the plugin you have to post a support ticket on our support desk.

Note we can’t provide support for using the plugin with addons, you would have to modify the plugin or hire someone to modify it to work with the addon.

Some systems have trouble if there are special characters in your IPN Secret, you may want a longer one that is all letters/numbers versus one with special characters if there are any in yours.

You may have to check your WooCommerce settings, we have no control over payment selection in our plugin.

Make sure to post at the help URL given in the sticky in this forum if you need assistance versus posting here where we rarely check. To do that you would need to install our exchange rates plugin as well from https://www.coinpayments.net/merchant-tools-plugins

If you add our Exchange Rates plugin it would at least show the price on the item page, but the checkout itself would still be in USD.

It should always work with the latest WooCommerce but no idea about WooCommerce Services, you would have to test it.

The plugin still works, if you are having issues it would be due to a configuration issue in your plugin/server or possibly a firewall issue if you are using an anti-DDoS such as Cloudflare.

If customers send more or less funds than required they are emailed to claim their refund automatically or they can post a support ticket at the URL above to claim them.
