I tried to switch to WP native theme and activate “Combine everything that is selected above.” and it worked. But in my custom theme not working. I would like to know how you identify those images are on the same post.

May I ask which element did you confirm them in the same post? Because I am using my custom theme, maybe I can modify the theme to fix it.
