OK, thanks for that information. Installing a plugin in the backend of a site that requires logging in, clicking a button, and manually checking for broken links takes more effort than necessary. Especially when I can enter the URL in a free link checker tool online and get the same information.

Our team has determined that the shortcode failure is due to another plugin (Tables by Supsystic), not the Popup Builder. Shortcodes do not function at all in their tables.
