    I think a lot of confusion could be alleviated if you wouldn’t call your questions “FAQs” in your documentation and user interface. When I think of a FAQ, I think of the whole page. I imagine this is the same for many people. Every time I saw “add FAQ” I thought I was adding an entire FAQ page, so I tried to build all my questions inside that FAQ. If I saw “Add question” that would have made so much more sense.

    I have an additional question. One of the reasons I purchased this software was because users can submit questions. However, that feature is useless unless the admin can decide whether those questions get posted or whether they are initially hidden until approved. What happens when a user submits a question, and is it possible to make sure it remains hidden until an admin approves it?
