Hi Jose. Sorry, I didn’t mean that the screen jumps in a way that JS would make it jump, I just meant in the normal way that browsers sometimes behave when clicking a link.

I have just updated and discovered this too. I am a photographer and have thousands of images in my media library, the amount of extra clicking I have to do now when I’m navigating around is so incredibly annoying and has slowed down my workflow. It seems WordPress just want to make our lives more difficult with every update. First the block editor, then the block widgets, now this! I think it’s time to start looking at alternatives to WordPress such as Squarespace. Better still, maybe it’s time to go back to hand coding websites. At least I won’t be at the mercy of people who make bad decisions like these.

I’ve got the same problem, except the instructions on that link didn’t work for me. I’ve tried everything and I’m about to lose two months of work if I can’t get it fixed.

Much appreciated.

UPDATE: I got it to not display the border at all. This isn’t first prize though. Is there any way I can just get it to display on all four sides?
