I’m not sure I understand. You’re referring to the WordPress admin dashboard? I don’t believe there’s a setting that shows only 7 buttons per page. Can you provide a screenshot for clarification?

There is not a built-in “link” to WordPress users, but you can link them to details you collect in the contact form by saving the transaction identifier.
