sorry but in it’s current state, jetpack comments are not compatible with commentluv due to the way they format the comment form or use social signon.

your latest posts cannot be found if you use twitter or facebook to sign in because your blog url is not known to those accounts.

I see you’re using w3 total cache, you might want to temporarily deactivate that while you’re installing a new plugin until you get the plugin working as w3 will be using old objects and files from before the plugin was installed.

if you can submit a support ticket with a description of the problem you had then I can probably help (if you have the plugin still on your site)

commentluv is a plugin for comments. it will not show unless you have comments showing.

you need to enable comments on your theme to be able to use commentluv

I am still searching for a solution to jetpack injecting it’s stats code on to every page. I’ve set the is_feed to true in the query but that doesn’t work either ??

I can’t debug jetpack on local because it requires a talkback to activate it so I can’t look and see what code they are using either.

I’ll keep searching for a solution

you’re using a cache plugin so your blog is still serving pages from when you had the plugin installed.

you MUST ALWAYS clear your cache after making ANY changes to your site or else your site will continue to serve pages that were cached from before you made the change.

commentluv will only show the titles of the posts that you have in your feed. it doesn’t allow you to edit the anchor text.

I have just started experiencing this too.

I noticed it when I installed w3 total cache. I’m going to deactivate that for a day and see if it makes a difference

please submit a support ticket to support.commentluv.com with the EXACT url or where you are seeing this and a detailed explanation of what you mean by ‘misattribution’ . please give examples and instructions on how I can see the error

I think you can find many other statistics plugins that work well with CLP.

I’ll have to install jetpack on a test site and see why their system is putting the code on to the end of the page and try and counteract it but for now, if you want commentluv to not break then deactivate the stats part of jetpack

it looks like your wordpress.com stats plugin is injecting it’s javascript in to the end of the feed that your commentluv plugin sends back when you comment on other commentluv enabled blogs.

try temporarily deactivating your wordpress.com stats (or you may be using the jetpack plugin) and see if the problem continues
