Sorry to get back to you only now about my request.

The problem is that the plugin is all the time showing the same kind of Related Product whatever the product page I am on.

This following link is working and as you will see, we are viewing an Internal Shower System and related products being showed are Deck Mounted Handles:

Would you please help having this plugin generating products from the same category?

Indeed, the plugin is disabled because it is not working properly.

I cannot and do not want to change the theme.

What should I do to make sure it is going to work before I buy the premium version?

Could you tell me where to configure the plugin result page? Or look into my dashboard and test it?

I’m sorry to bother again but you are my only option in order to use your Upsell and Related Products Plugin properly.

After updating all theme and plugins, the Upsell carousel is displaying properly.

The related product carousel still has a display issue when more than 4 products have to be displayed. I am still trying to rectify the query since it’s not showing truly related products.
