    Thank you for your reply.

I have some debugging info that may help in diagnosing the problem. Would you please take a look and tell me what you think?

    Thank you for that.

Can you tell me how to generate a log showing what the PHP is doing? Then I can submit the log to my web host.

With out a demonstration of what the problem is, and what needs to be done to correct it, they will not escalate and attempt to resolve.

We love this Plugin and would hate to move on from it.
It works perfectly for what we need when it is working as it should.

    Thank you,

Are you the dev of this plugin? I am trying to get to a solution here, and feel as thou I am just chasing my tail.

I am being told by my host that this is a problem with PHP 7.2 compatibility.

The plugin works fine with PHP 7.0

    What is the bottom line?

    Please Help.

I have copied this site to Site Staging provided by the host.
From within Site Staging I disabled and deleted all plugins except WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart Version 4.5.0

I also changed my theme to twenty-twenty and deleted my primary theme as well as its child theme.

Then I created a new blank page and used only the Example add to cart button shortcode usage and Example shopping cart shortcode usage.

After adding item to cart on the new page, when changing Quantity, the page refreshes and the Cart disappears.

All server caching is disabled, and I am stumped!

    Here is the staging site.
    https://staging.csoaamaine.044e99f.netsolhost.com/test/
    Here is the live site.

Looking for help from anyone especially the developers and willing to pay for resolve.

    Thank you!

Absolutely. Is there a recommended plugin or on line instruction?

Not on the site. I will check with the host.

Can anyone tell what is causing this and how to avoid this?

    Thread Starter Bob

    (@compumec)

C/P the address does work. However, when I upload my .CSV file with updates it breaks this address and maybe others. I need to re-copy and pate the address to set it right.

I’m not sure what’s causing this.
I would send my .CSV file, but I don’t see an upload option.

    Hello,
I updated today and added the new filter.
    It works perfectly!
Thank you for all your hard work.

    mra13,

Thank you for the reply. I am glad I pursued this as this update is a better way of serving these images than over-writing the images in the images folder after every plugin update.

I did get to the bottom of this however. My host made a mistake on my account, and in rectifying it, there ended up being 2 servers that held our website files.

Unaware of this, I was logging into the wrong server, and any changes made there were not reflected on the live website.

I would like to keep this open, until I receive the code from you, as this is a more reliable way for me to serve the images I prefer.

    Sorry for the go-around.

    Bob-

    1) Did you clear your browser cache to make sure the browser is not showing the old cached image?
Yes I did. I tried this on multiple browsers and on different computers.

    2) Did you make sure to overwrite the old image? (the name needs to be exactly the same including the image extension).
Yes. This is how I did this in the past.
I use to just replace the shopping_cart_icon.png in the image folder and it would work.
    It doesn’t work any more.
If I delete the images folder or rename it in the plugin folder on the server those images still show up.
No cache plugin installed on server.

Can you give me the code to use for the filter?

    Thank you,
    Bob-
