The changelog for version 5.8.0 mentions:
[CHANGED] Admin Interface >> Hide Admin Notices: This is now limited to site admins only. Editors, Authors and other user roles will see notices as usual.It would make more sense to have an option to decide which user role could see or not see notices.
Examples:
Me as the admin would like see the notices, but I would like hide notices for a certain user role (e.g. editor), because the notices are not important for him.
Or in another case I would like hide the notices for all users including adminThanks!

sorry for the delayed replay.
I solved the problem by deleting the directory.
Everything works fine.
No sym-link, standard setup, hosting-company.
