You twist words in a way to be all in your favor & shall probably feel like a stupid or something. Instead of been so judgmental and good in words twisted, better to focus on issues itself. Problem with *Uploads* button really was a problem.
So… for what is good all this charade? Problem was there, unfriendliness on support on your site is real (look how you respond to an issue), strangeness on your site with *Yes, I can read, stop insulting me please!* is there.
Wouldn’t be more easy to fix this problem, instead of all this?
What does it matter if on support are other names? A website is handled by many people.
If you don’t like our licence, refund us.
I can see that you removed one of our site from premium access. We paid ”Clone/Migrate” plugin and you disconnected us. Childish and irresponsible!I paid for migration plugin of this software, so been paid, I expect to work.
Plugin give support only to https://updraftplus.com/support/ that is unfriendly on support part.
I dont have an evidence of the invoice # to be able to submit support, so this is frustrating.That is a kind of a forum, where you ignore people with this problem.
On your plugin official site there is no support, except if people pay (which is not right). You even put this on your site:
”Please tick to confirm that you are asking a pre-sales question (this is not a general contact form)”
and people have to checkbox a field where it say: *Yes, I can read, stop insulting me please!*

Everything I edit, in the next second (without pushing anything) is starting to save automatically, with the same ”Loading preview..” endlessly.
However this time is saving 1 time (only). IF I do any other edit, it doesn’t save it…So this continue to be an annoying issue and very much time consuming.
Probably this issue would be solved if you remove automatic save facility. Let people save when they want, not when application want and not automatically… especially that this facility is buggy.
Or… if your customers ask for this, put on your settings a check-box facility, something like:
X Automatic Save the work
And if people does not check the box, it will not be saved automatically.This will make your plugin functional, because even if it will save endlessly and one time only… at least will save 1 time all the work I do… not only just 1 edit. Later maybe you will fix it for real.

Can you put in here your old release that does not have this bug please?

IT IS A BIG ISSUE! Other also reported!
If a plugin is good and you do your job, there is no reason to conflict with other plugins and if it does, you fix it (and do the fix before you launch an official update, not to kill your paid customers).
